TapeDeck is a powerful and fun new audio recorder for Mac OS X Leopard.
Its just like your old analog tape recorder, only better. A lot better.
TapeDeck was designed to emulate a real cassette tape recorder (like an old 70s model), but with a few key differences:
- Every recording you ever make is immediately saved in the box of Tapes.
- You cannot record over an existing tape; clicking Record automatically starts a new tape for you.
Designed with a quick-capture workflow, new recordings or tapes can be started with a single mouse click. The software records directly to compressed MP4-AAC audio, making it useful for a variety of applications.
Demo version for Mac OS X 10.5 or later.
