A phone and address book program which will select the operator with the cheapest rate for your calls.
More than just a useful phone and address book for storing your contact details, this program will automatically select the telephone operator with the cheapest rate for each number to be dialed. Operators included are : Cegetel, Tele 2, 9 Telecom and France Télécom. When you set the program up you just have to select the zone you are located in and for each call the program will find the cheapest operator depending on the call distance, day of the week and time of the call. The program allows you to print out a mini-address book.
