A tool to synchronize, back up, replicate and mirror files. Vise Versa Plus is a synchronizing utility. It will compare files contained in a source folder to those in a target folder, copying only new files or those that have been modified. A log (consultable) of operations is created. It is a great backup tool, mirroring information between computers and external storage media. Only files that have been changed since the last backup are copied, so backups are fast and efficient. ViceVersa can run on-demand, at scheduled times or continuously, while monitoring files for changes. Win 95/98
