Vertigo is an Asteroid game in 3D.
The player sits inside a virtual cockpit and must destroy all the asteroids while simultaneously evading and confronting enemy ships. As the game goes on, the pieces of blasted asteroids become smaller and smaller, and more difficult to hit.

Players can choose the number of stars present on the screen (to help navigate in space) and the shape and type of space ship (ships vary in speed, weapon holding capacity etc..)
You can also program your own choice of keys for moving around and firing.
